EG 106 - Pharmacology Lab Credit Hours: 1
The lab course covers the psycho motor skills of medication administration. Skills include phlebotomy, intravenous cannulation, intravenous drug administration, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, inhalation, endotracheal and sublingual drug administration. Prerequisites: EG 103, EG 104, basic EMT, math (AARLV2) and English (AWRLV3 & ARELV3) pretest codes or higher. Corequisites: EG 105, EG 110 F (S)
Students seeking entrance into this course must be currently certified as a basic EMT and be admitted to the paramedic curriculum to register for this course.
