CH 146 - College Chemistry with Clinical Applications Credit Hours: 3
A rigorous, science majors’ general chemistry course slanted toward medical laboratory applications. Topics covered: atomic structure, chemical bonding, reaction types and equations, stoichiometry, equilibrium, acid-base theory, pH, Henderson-Hasselbalch equation and introduction to organic chemistry. Prerequisites: Math Placement MT 125 and high school chemistry or CH 010 and CH 011 F/S (N)
