PE 203 - Physical Fitness II

This course in physical fitness is designed to be a vigorous activity course. Areas to be incorporated will be fitness testing, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance training and circuit training. This is the second of two physical fitness classes not needed to be taken in succession.
