RE 113 - Leadership Practicum III

A practical course that focuses on leadership skills, organization and management of tournaments, leagues, skill tests, clubs and special events related to the college community.

Course Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of tournaments, leagues, skill tests, clubs and special events;
assist in the recruitment and training of staff and volunteers to conduct the tournament, league, skill test, club or special event;
assist in the development of program goals, objectives, and in evaluation of program outcomes for the selected tournament, league, skill test, club or special event; and
assist in the recruitment and training of part-time staff and volunteers for the selected tournament, league, skill test, club or special event.
