RA 204 - Lab/Clinical IV


Credit Hours: 5

During this course, the student attends various clinical affiliates for a period of three (3) days per week for a total of five (5) clinical rotations per semester, where they undergo supervised clinical experiences.

Course Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the student will:

  • demonstrate proficiency in performing treatment calculations;
  • accurately simulate a patient for radiation;
  • interpret, set-up and perform patient radiation treatments;
  • identify changes and corrections between port films and simulation or DRR films;
  • accurately position a patient for CT simulation and treatments; and
  • present a comprehensive patient case study

Corequisites: RA 240
