BU 252 - Marketing Management


Credit Hours: 3

This course is a study of the organization, planning and operation of the marketing department. It includes coordination, supervision and personnel selection.

Course Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. define marketing management;
  2. understand the eight marketing functions;
  3. conceptualize the marketing management process;
  4. identify selling strategies; and
  5. grasp the role of marketing management in the global economy.


Prerequisites: BU 151 or permission of the instructor.
