CO 285 - Contracts and Specifications

A basic course in construction law and contracts with equal emphasis on interpreting and writing construction specifications.

Course Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

learn the fundamentals of technical terms used in contracts, specifications, and contract administration;
examining the content of the different types of specification divisions used in contract administration; and
demonstrate the ability to review and create different types of contract documents used in contract administration.
