CP 115 - Lab for CP 114

Credit Hours: 1

Experiments in measurement of D.C. and A.C. voltage, current, power, and impedance.

Course Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. construct a wiring series, parallel, and series-parallel circuits;
  2. use an ammeter, voltmeter, and ohmmeter in any circuit to measure the current, voltage, and resistance of that circuit;
  3. identify the resistance and tolerance of a resistor by its color code; and
  4. use of a scope and the ability to measure the amplitude and time period of sine.
