CT 150 - Customer Relations and Repair Process


Credit Hours: 3

This lecture/lab course will show the students the importance of customer relations related to repairs. Topics include cycle time for repairs, customer questionnaires and satisfaction surveys, communications throughout the repair process, final delivery checklists, and follow-ups with the customer after the repairs have been completed.

Course Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. explain the importance of good customer relations;
  2. maintain communication with the customer throughout the repair process;
  3. complete a checklist for final vehicle delivery; and
  4. explain the importance of customer satisfaction surveys and questionnaires.
