RE 111 - Leadership Practicum I

A practical course that focuses on leadership skills, organization, and management of tournaments, leagues, clubs, and/or special events related to SUNY Erie.

Course Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

assist in the planning, organizing, and/or conducting of tournaments, leagues, clubs and/or special events;
aid in the recruitment and training of volunteers to assist in the tournament, league, club, and/or special event; and
assist in the development of program goals, and objectives, and in the evaluation of program outcomes for the selected tournament, league, club, and/or special event.
